| Abstract | 2000年1月～12月までの1年間に当院へ入院した呼吸器疾患のうち,気管支喘息99例と肺気腫47例を対象に,年齢･入院期間･入院の理由･再入院率を疾患別･県内外別に比較検討を行った｡年齢では気管支喘息よりも肺気腫の方が,また県内外別では県外よりも県内の方が年齢層が高い傾向であった｡入院期間では気管支喘息･肺気腫とも60日未満の入院期間の症例が多く見られた｡入院の理由では気管支喘息･肺気腫とも県内症例においては急性増悪例が,また県外症例においては症状の改善を目的とした入院が多い傾向であり,再入院率は両 疾患とも県内症例に比べ県外症例の方がより高い傾向であった｡このことから,当院の再入院症例を中心にした呼吸器疾患に対する温泉療法の傾向として,県内症例の再入院の理由の多くは急性増悪であり,遠隔地からの入院症例では症状の改善を目的とした入院が主要な理由であった｡ |
